Some Characters receive extra Item Drop Rates (sometimes also referred to as "Item Drop Chance") as part of their Leader Skill. This may help increase the players chances of obtaining better Rewards during Missions. Since the game has been updated to allow faction members to use the leader skill of their chosen "faction supporter" when putting together a team, players can also take advantage of these bonuses if a fellow faction member has one of these characters set as the leader of their Raid Defense team.
